Booking & Payments

By booking with us, you agree to the following financial terms:

Initial deposit: 25% of the total package cost is required to secure hotels and permits.
Balance payment: Must be cleared at least 10 days before arrival.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit cards (merchant fees apply).

Itinerary & Changes

Kashmir's terrain and weather can be unpredictable. Please note:

We reserve the right to modify routes in case of road closures, landslides, or security advisories.
Changes made by the traveler during the trip may incur additional charges for transport and accommodation.
Adventure activities like skiing or rafting depend strictly on weather conditions.

Traveler Responsibilities

Your cooperation ensures a safe and enjoyable journey:

Travelers must be medically fit for high-altitude treks/stays (e.g., Gulmarg Phase 2).
Original ID proofs must be carried at all times for security check-posts.
Respect for local customs, dress codes, and photography restrictions is mandatory.

Disclaimers & Disputes

General legal terms for our services:

Roy Tour & Travels is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Claims for any deficiencies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service delivery.
All legal disputes are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar (J&K).
